Problem: The development of business cases and TB Submissions, although essential to doing business within the Government of Canada, are extremely complex and time-consuming processes that require expert knowledge and detailed experience. To supplement this knowledge and experience, some government departments require support while developing significant business cases and TB Submissions, and therefore seek external expertise to help develop and manage the documents from beginning to end.
